VI. ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN Form of Ownership The form of ownership of the company is a partnership. The owners of the company consists of three people in which each has their own different skills which were basis in this business idea and were used in the development of the product or service. Another part of the partnership is the company to company. The providers’ company is partnered with the target market or company by the said venture in order for the product to be used by the major target market of both companies which is the passengers. Biographies of Owners/ Key Employees The programmer of the company is Mr. Ahmad John M. Baulo. He has exceptional knowledge in a variety of computer programming language. Recently, he was chosen to be the leader of this business. The documenter is Ms. Therese Marcel T. Amoyan. She has excellent skills in using spreadsheet and ms word and has good English skills. The systems analyst is Ms. Roselle F. Factor. She has an outstanding analytical skill in procedures, processes and workflow solutions of a system. Gaps in Management and Experience The providers develop managing and experience of the business at the same time by having the leader of the company provides better relationship and communication within the employees of the business. Building better relationship between employees leads to better communication and understanding which makes it easier for the providers to manage the business. Advisors In the context of the mutual fund business, an advisor, also known as an investment advisor, is an organization employed by an investment company to manage a particular fund's portfolio. A fund's advisor assigns a manager to make the day-to-day decisions involved in the purchase and sale of a fund's securities according to stated strategies and investment objectives. Organizational Chart The programmer is the leader of the company since he knows how to make the main system. He’s the one who has a major part in the company and is the one responsible in communicating with the partnered company. The system analyst is the one responsible in analyzing the flow of the system. The document specialist is the one responsible in making written works such as the document of the said system. The partnered company also plays a major role in this business. The business would not be known if the partnered company would

not be able to introduce the product to the target market or passengers. The partnered company should have employees responsible in card making, front desk officer and cashier.

Lastly, equitybased compensation which stock or pseudo stock programs an employer uses to provide actual or perceived ownership in the company which ties an employee's compensation to the long-term success of the company. The most common examples are stock options. Training and Development Employee training and development is a broad term covering multiple kinds of employee learning. Training is a program that helps employees learn specific knowledge or skills to improve performance in their current roles. Development is more expansive and focuses on employee growth and future performance, rather than an immediate job role. Performance Management The providers ensure that goals and objectives are being reached efficiently and effectively. Performance management involves defining what effective performance looks like, as developing the tools and procedures necessary to measure performance. Performance management involves the way leaders evaluate employees, how employees evaluate their leaders and fellow employees, and how individual workers evaluate themselves. The ultimate goal of performance management is to improve the quality of work in the most efficient manner possible. Performance management relies on the analysis of how an organization’s employees have historically accomplished tasks in an effort to improve future performance. Effective leaders seek to provide feedback to and receive feedback from employees continuously, rather than rely on occasional appraisals. This allows a leader to determine what motivates employees to work hard, evaluate what obstacles are making it difficult for employees to effectively do their jobs, and make adjustments to employee workloads as necessary. Organizational Policies Equal Opportunity Equal opportunity law is a rule that promote fair treatment in the workplace. Most organizations implement equal opportunity policies such as anti-discrimination and affirmative action policies. This policy discourages inappropriate behavior from employees and supervisors in regard to race, gender and religious or cultural beliefs of another person within the organization. Attendance and Time Off Attendance policies set rules and guidelines surrounding employees’ adherence to work schedules. Attendance policies define how employees may schedule time off or notify co workers of an absence or late arrival. This policy also sets forth the

consequences for failing to adhere to a schedule. This discusses the disciplinary action an employee faces if needed. Substance Abuse This company has substance abuse policy that prohibits the use of drugs, alcohol, and tobacco products during work hours, on company property or during company hours. Smoking procedures must be followed. If an employee wishes to smoke he/she must smoke outside the company premises. This also discusses the testing procedures for suspected drug and alcohol abuse. Permits and Licenses Business licenses and permits can range from the general to the specific. These are issued at all levels of government. Needed requirements of the company includes business license, property use permits, professional/occupational license, employer identification number and sales tax licenses and numbers.
