Project Pumpkin Saturday, October 31 at 6:00 p.m., children and parents will be in the garden at FWBBC. Tell your pastor, coworkers, family, neighbors, and others about the event. Societies, get games and candy ready. If anyone is interested in donating candy, give it to your society or bring it to Student Services.

Concert of Prayer GMF and the Freshman Class will sponsor a Concert of Prayer on Friday, October 23 at 10:00 p.m. in Memorial Auditorium.

Midnight Madness Coming to FWBBC

November 2-6 Early Registration for Spring 2010 November 11-13 Student Body Revival

Friday, October 30 at 7:55 p.m., the Picirilli Activity Center will host an exciting time for the FWBBC community. Evening includes society games, other activities, and concludes with the White/Gold Game at 11:15 p.m.

Dessert Comedy Theater The Evangel Players present a delightful evening of comedy and dessert. Take a break from studies to enjoy the comedic writings of Mark Twain, David Ives, Anton Chekhov, and many more. The fun and laughter take place in Thigpen Theater on October 23-24 at 7:00 p.m. Admission: $2. Space limited. Purchase tickets by Friday before or after chapel.

Clothing Drive Alpha Chi Society is sponsoring a campus-wide clothing drive (October 19-November 19) to collect coats, long-johns, gloves, or winter hats for the Nashville Rescue Mission. The Mission requests that items be Large or Extra-Large.

Dues Due Students who have not paid class or society dues will be contacted by organizational treasurers and by Dr. Forlines. Dues are $10 for each organization and must be paid before final exams can be taken. All students (Associates and Bachelors) who anticipate completing studies at FWBBC during the 2009-2010 academic year are required to take Senior Exit Exams. See Wayne Spruill to sign up for one of three dates: December 1, 2009; February 15, 2010; March 2, 2010. This is an all-day event. Contact Mr. Spruill at 844-5078 for more information.

Karrie Hall Murfin Karrie Hall Murfin, mother of FWBBC freshman Keegan Murfin, died Sunday, October 18 in West Virginia while visiting her parents. She was an alumnus of FWBBC. She leaves behind her husband Tim (1985 FWBBC graduate who teaches at Pleasant View Christian School) and three sons. The funeral is Friday, October 23. Pray for this family as they work through these difficult days.
