Target market As a travel apps, the targeted market group for Explora is all the travelers who seeking for service and assist for travel place. The common types of travelers that been targeted by Explora is included budget backpacker, most of them are young and not looking for spend too much of money while travel. Therefore, Explora can easily to attract them by giving then promotion and discount. Other than that, travel agent and pre-travel planner are also most of the important targeted by Explora, due to them need a lot of related travel information before travel. For this, Explora are provided those function to them for while making any decision like booking ahead, schedule and others. Moreover, big spender and on in a lifetime adventurer are also one of the important target group of Explora, this kind of travelers they are willing to spend more to enjoy the line of experience. Therefore, Explora need to promote any type of promotion that are require the customer need. Last but not least, spontaneous wanderer are also one of the important target group as they much more prefer to plan on the fly. In nutshell, Explora will try to fulfill all the travelers’ needs as their target.
