Nov. 19, Wed.- Sewing Circle meets at Bowmansville Mennonite Church. You can come in the morning or afternoon, whichever suits you schedule. Please note if you made Christmas Bundles, the bundles should be brought to Bowmansville Mennonite Church by November 23, or bring them to here to church and Marlene Martin will see that they get to MCC. Offerings: The November offerings are for Friendship Community, Landis Homes, Philhaven, and Released Time. The offering last week was $2,585.25. Attendance last week was 99.

Nov. 16, Sun.- Feel free to join in singing at Denver Nursing Home today at 2:453:30 P.M. Nov. 18, Tues.- COBYS Parenting Classes, with the meal at 6:00 P.M. and the classes at 7:00 P.M.

Dec. 6, Sat.-The Senior Link plans to meet at the Bowmansville Church Fellowship Hall for a luncheon at 12:00 noon. Music will be provided by a male quartet known as “Spare Parts” and by group singing of Christmas hymns. A fee of $10 per person will be received to cover costs of the meal. Please sign the sheet on the bulletin board no later than Nov. 30 if you plan to attend. Dec. 12, Fri. - All are welcome to join us as we Christmas Carol at Landis Homes. Meet inside Landis Homes, at the Heritage entrance at 6:30 P.M. Dec. 21, Sun-Please note that there will be a special Christmas Program. The morning worship hour will begin at 9:30 A.M. There will be no Sunday School. Later that same day at 4:00 P.M., we will sing Christmas carols in the community. After the caroling there will be a meal in our Fellowship Hall. More details will follow in the coming weeks. Jan. 13, Tues.- Our congregation will host the internationally renowned Watoto Children’s Choir from Uganda(Africa). We will provide an evening meal for choir members, followed by a concert at 7:00 P.M. Host homes will be needed for approximately thirty members Tues. night. For more information contact Cindy Horning at 445-9769. Randy and the boys are most grateful for the food we have given them. He is asking for a break, as their freezer is full. Thanks to all who have supported them in this way. Please pray for Hanna Faith Garman who has had a malignant brain tumor removed last week at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She is home, but the surgery has limited her motor skills. She attends Middle Creek Church Of the Brethren, is only 4 years old and lost her mother to cancer 2 years ago.
