Inside Look T&M Manufacturing Inc. President Travis Scott spoke to Building & Construction Southwest about its role in the Tivoli Village project. Building & Construction Southwest: What is T&M’s role in the project? Travis Scott: Our company is supplying and installing the majority of the structural and miscellaneous steel, as well as the metal floor and roof decking. Our fabrication plant is in Utah and we have our own field crews in Las Vegas. B&C: Have you worked with the developers or owners before? TS: We have worked with Pat Henderson (Hard Stone Construction) and Mark Henderson (Level CM) over the past eight years. B&C: What distinguishes this project from other ones you have done? TS: Our past projects have consisted of single buildings per job site. This project is more like constructing a self-contained city. Currently, it has 18 buildings with underground parking under the majority of the site. B&C: Are there plans to do future projects with the developers or owners, or to work in the same region? TS: Yes, we are planning on doing future work with the developers or owners in the Vegas area.
