1. Admission

The admission process at the hospital can be elective and serious depending on the case found by the doctor. Elective admission is usually in patients who are not responsible and do not exclude patients, while emergency emergencies are sudden, and trauma that threatens the patient. To facilitate this admission process, overseas hospitals have created their own unit or department called the admission department whose job is to regulate the patient's flow, set the destination for sending patients to the ward and determine the patient's position in the waiting list to get services support services. If it cannot establish its own unit or department, the hospital can appoint one person in charge of overseeing the process of admission (Admission Manager) who has policies and authority to regulate the patient's flow.

a. Before being hospitalized (pre admission) It should be known that the admission process is not just a process when the patient has arrived at the hospital, but before the patient comes to the hospital which is usually elective. An important outline that must be considered in this pre-admission process is: 

It must be clear beforehand whether the patient will enter through an outpatient or emergency room. The explanation must be based on the reference and decision of the family doctor / primary care doctor.

New patients who will be treated (pre-admission) are still not considered as inpatients (outpatient) if there are still treatments that should still be done by a family doctor / primary care physician that is still not done by the patient (eg radiology and laboratory investigations).

Patients must be given an explanation of their health condition, therapeutic plan and the procedure to be carried out.

b. electif admissions The essence of this elective admission service is planning. Every patient who enters electively (outpatient) must have gone through the pre-admission process first. This pre-

admission process must be the standard procedure for all elective admissions in the treatment of patients.

In addition to this elective admission there must be good scheduling, a centralized waiting list, making it easier for patients to know their current position. Even during the admission process, the patient must be able to plan the time of discharge from the first day the patient came to the hospital. Patients who can perform elective admissions are those who do not experience emergency, for example: 

there is a triage process, assessment of the patient's clinical condition, rapid radiological examination and clinical pathology.

2. Useful expression Facial expression recognition is used in a variety of interests, such as for access control of a security device, identification of criminals based on digital image evidence, computer and human interface devices, disease diagnosis, psychological diagnosis and so on. As an example in the medical world, Dai et al. (2001) filed the idea to monitor inpatients by using facial expression recognition to detect patient status. Departing from the basis that the level of pain affects the facial expression of patients, Gagliardi et al. (2003) developed facial expression recognition for the importance of detection of Williams Syndrome by comparing the morphological patterns of facial parts when performing certain expressions in normal people. Sprengelmeyer et al (2003) developed expression recognition face for the purpose of detecting Parkinson's disease, with a basic idea that is almost the same as that of Gagliardi et al (2003). In these applications - practical applications, analysis of facial expression patterns humans become very important, because machines need to recognize images that carry expression information in their own language, machine language, and then process them. Without any results from analyzing facial expression patterns, it is impossible for the machine to take further steps

related to information from facial expressions. Therefore, research on the analysis of human facial expression patterns needs to be done.

3. Dialogue Dialogue is a conversation between two or more people, or dialogue can also be interpreted as deep communication that has a high level and quality that includes the ability to listen and also share views with each other.

How to arrange dialogue :  First of all, determine the theme of what will be discussed.  Then, determine the characters involved in the dialogue.  Next, determine the position or role of each character.  Then, make the core or outline of the material about the conversation.  After that, arrange a dialogue based on the outline of the conversation.  And, shows the rules of writing the dialog correctly.

Terms of dialogue the dialogue effort brings the desired results, then the requirements of the dialogue must be fulfilled such as:  he first, correctly understand the meaning, purpose and purpose of the dialogue and must also have the skills to carry out the dialogue.  The second, having education and knowledge about the topics that will be used as dialogue material.  The third, has a good will to seek truth in dialogue. Therefore, listening to dialogue should be open, not prejudiced and impartial.  Fourth, creating an atmosphere of peace and calm, far from the greatest emotion and feeling. Must be able to convey ideas well, clearly and also with enthusiasm, but with a pleasant and wise tone not with an emotional tone.

 The fifth, in the whole dialogue must be honest, not manipulative, sincere, and not looking for weaknesses and shortcomings of fellow dialogues, and also must believe that the various matters discussed in the dialogue are not utilized outside dialogue for other purposes for the benefit of themselves or certain group. 

And the sixth, dialogue can be used as a way to directly discuss a matter or as an introduction to the discussion of material that is indeed heavy and difficult. The things that are used as material for dialogue include various fields of life, such as: social, moral, economic, cultural, political, ethical, religious and so on.
