PROCEDURE TEXT “HOW TO USE INCUBATOR”

How to turn on the Incubator : 1. To operate the incubator, plug the incubator cable in the power source. 2. Turn on the tool 3. Set the temperature in the incubator by pressing the set button. 4. While pressing the set button, turn the button on the top right of the set button until it reaches the desired temperature. 5. Once the desired temperature is set, release the set button. The incubator will adjust the temperature setting automatically after a few minutes. 6. Prepare the sample (culture of microorganisms) to be incubated, then put in the shelf contained in the incubator. 7. Then enter the culture medium containing the microorganism (culture sample) to be incubated. If using a petri dish, then wrap it with paper first. 8. When the sample preparation has been completed, press the “Power” button on the “On” position, then the tool will be instantly illuminated marked with the display on.

How to turn off the incubator : 1. When the incubation is complete, turn off the appliance by pressing the “Power” button in the “Off” position. 2. Disconnect the electrical current by unplugging the power cord attached to the power source.
