Bakersfield Police are investigating a reported robbery involving two men dressed in security guard uniforms. A female victim reported on 10/23/09, at about 11:15 p.m., she was in the south parking lot of the Marriott hotel, 801 Truxtun Avenue when she was confronted by two men who were dressed as security guards. One of the men displayed a firearm and demanded the victim's purse. The woman turned over the purse and the suspects fled. The suspects had been standing near a red pick up prior to the offense; however it is not known whether the suspects are connected to that vehicle. The suspects were described as: Black male, late 20's, clean shaven with brown hair, dressed in a black security guard windbreaker, black cargo pants, black boots, and a black baseball cap with a white symbol on the front. This suspect was armed with a black firearm. Hispanic male, 20's, clean shaven with brown wavy hair, dressed in a black security guard windbreaker, black cargo pants, black boots, and black baseball cap with a white symbol on the front.
