BAB III PENUTUP 3.1 Simpulan Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi konsentrasi Carbopol 934P sampai 30% (F-4) semakin mampu menahan pelepasan atenolol dari sediaan granul mukoadhesif pada media air bebas karbondioksida. Penambahan kalsium karbonat sampai 20% pada sediaan mukoadhesif yang mengandung Carbopol 934P 30% (F-9) mampu menahan pelepasan atenolol pada media asam hidroklorida 0,1 N.
