Welcome to our first issue of HaHodesh/This Month, a convenient and easy way to get the information you need to participate in our synagogue community. At the beginning of every month you will receive this mini-bulletin of programs, services, and announcements about all that is happening at Chizuk Amuno. It will also help you keep track of milestones in our synagogue family, contributions in support of our activities, and the Perpetual Memorials we honor. Each Friday evening and Shabbat morning we enjoy celebration, prayer, and Torah study with Rabbi Ronald Shulman, Rabbi Deborah Wechsler, Hazzan Emanuel Perlman and our synagogue community. This schedule indicates the weeks when our Chizuk Amuno Choir participates in services, as well as study themes, or other service features including family and Shabbat Yahad activities. Join with us to express yourself in the presence of God, to nurture your soul, and to connect your life with the life of our synagogue family. Services will be conducted by Rabbi Ronald Shulman, Rabbi Deborah Wechsler, and Hazzan Emanuel Perlman, accompanied by the Chizuk Amuno Choir. Following the formal ceremony, Dr. Moshe Shualy will be available to offer graveside prayers.
