APPROVED Present: Jon Nugent, Mary Nugent, Tina Conlon, Dan Hundt, Debbie McCauley and Karen Prykucki Friday Evening Cookout: Discussions regarding supplies, parent volunteers, parking, schedule, volunteer sheets, etc. Fundraisers: Kroger Gift Cards, Scrip Cards, Cookbooks, Cell Phone Recycling, Little Ceaser's Bread Sticks, Insider Pages, VG Receipts, Chilies (Oxford December 1), Swing Dance, etc. Constitution and Bylaws: Motion made and carried to temporarily approve Constitution and Bylaws until October 8, 2008 at which time further review and discussion will take place. Officers/Positions: President-John Nugent, Vice President-Tina Conlon, Treasurer-Deb Rinker, Secretary-Karen Prykucki, Member-At-Large-Wayne Strandberg, Concessions Manager-Debbie McCauley. Miscellaneous Discussion/Goals: Discussion regarding two signatures for checks written over a certain amount; Treasurer and Dan Hundt. Mary Nugent will be in charge of maintaining all individual student accounts. Add web-site address to all documents given to students. The idea being they will access the site if they see the address. Link Booster site to School site for easy access. Place Booster meeting dates in "West Words" newsletter. Newsletter is mailed directly to parents. This may encourage more volunteers. Publish fundraiser totals on web-site. Parents will be informed. Start this year out with uniform inspections for appropriate socks, pant length, etc. Should Section Leaders be responsible?

Page 2 of 2 Tina Conlon and Debbie McCauley will be working together in order that Debbie can assume "management" responsibilities of Concessions.
