Maintain a clean work area to provide more productive workplace environment for employees. Use guards and engineering solutions wherever possible instead of relying on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Assume your employees want to work safely and give them that chance. Give the incentive programs based on safety and security. Give clear work instructions. Make sure employees know the right way to do what company expects of them. If a machine is becoming unsafe, shut it down before someone gets hurt. Maintain the machinery in good working order. Avoid unnecessary hazards.
