Manager • To control and manage the department and all the workers under the department • To ensure that all of the equipments and machine in the factory are always in good condition

Equipment Engineer • To guarantee the availability and performance of the company's fleet.  • Responsible for the acquisition • Responsible in maintenance, and disposal of all of the equipment • Manages the equipment from a business standpoint.  This takes into account factors such as usage, production, and evolving technology.

IE Engineer • Responsible to choice the best machine and equipment to run the production. • The person that do the layout of the machine and the production line.

Machine & Maintenance Engineer • Responsible to take care of the machine and equipment in the factory. • Responsible to repair the machines that have the problems in the line. • Responsible to maintenance all the technical problem in the factory.

R & D Engineer • Responsible to do the research in improving the productivity of the company. • Responsible to develop the entire alternative that will increase the profit of the company.
