The structural system of building is Moment resisting frame. So in your plan show the column position. Assume 10” x 10” column at suitable position or choose reasonable column dimension, Beam span length should not be less than 8ft. or greater than 20ft. The thickness of partition wall is 5”. The edges of building should lay apart three ft from the side of land and in case of road side edges it should be five feet. The maximum occupied area must be less than 75% of total area. The name and the dimension of a room should be mentioned inside the room in a standard format. Information such as full address of site location, name of owner, total area, occupied area, name of designer etc. must be mentioned with standard format. Each unit should consist of at least two bed rooms, two toilets, one kitchen, one dinning and a veranda. The length and width ratio of room (except toilet and veranda) should no exceed the value 1.6 Other dimensions of any features should comply with the standard.
