Draw the site plan of your building. Draw the column-footing layout of your building. Draw beam column layout of your building.

Specifications for Site plan: • •

In site plane show the dimensions of land, set backs of building from land edges. The area occupied by building should be presented with 45⁰ hatches. Show the percent of occupied area.

Specifications for Column-footing layout: •

Column-footing layout shows the position and size of columns and footings in the real field. In column-footing layout the boundary line of land must be showed. Draw it with grids (grid lines should be of dotted lines) and sub grids also show the distance between land boundary and gird and distance between grids. Assume all foundations are single column footing and the dimension of footing is 48”×60”. However any other type foundation can be used if necessary.

Specifications for Bam-Column layout: • • • •

Beam-Column layout shows the position and size of columns and Beam in the real field. In beam-column layout only the beam and column is to be shown. Use the same grid layout in Beam-Column layout as used in ColumnFooting layout. In beam column layout there is no need to show any reinforcement.

Other requirements for all drawings • •

Assume any reasonable value which is missing here. You have to submit it in a standard format which you have been shown before.
