Anotec® 0307 is a brand name for all odour control, formulations researched and developed by Anotec Pty Ltd. Efficacies of the formulations are determined via qualitative and quantitative techniques for odour measurement. Anotec 0307 formulations can be fogged, hand sprayed, spra misted or drip-fed depending on the application required. required. Anotec 0307 is fully miscible in water with scientifically chosen and blended surfactants. This blend, when applied via either a misting, fogging device or trigger sprayer bottle, alters the surface tension of the liquid/vapor compound. A key property of the Anotec 0307 formulation is that it modifies the surface properties of chemical odour components. The primary action takes place at the chemical odour and Anotec 0307 interface. Anotec® Odour control formulations are developed d for use in areas where odour issues exist that constitute an odour annoyance even though all toxic issues are addressed and treated by the client. Most conventional odour solutions consist of applying fragrances to mask the problem. Adding fragrances simply ply covers or overpowers offending odours with something more acceptable. Anotec has a scientific 'fingerprint' approach. Odour samples are subjected to 'mass spectrometer analysis', breaking down odours into component parts, providing a unique odour ‘fingerprint’. erprint’. Anotec's odour control approach is to analyse this 'fingerprint' and provide a customized antidote solution designed to control offending odours. Anotec 0307 initially bonds with the odorous molecules resulting in dilution thus rendering the malodour incapable of reconstituting back into a volatile organic compound. Efficacy of Anotec 0307 formulations have been proven scientifically by way of olfactometry and chemical fingerprinting.

Description

Anotec 0307 is a concentrated odour control formulation manufactured specifically for controlling and/or eliminating malodours generated from general industrial, processing and manufacturing activities. The formulation comprises of nature identical plant oils, emulsifiers and non-ionic surfactant blend. This product is fully miscible in water and must be diluted prior to use

Application

All Anotec® odour control formulations can be atomized via most fogging and misting devices. Suggested application equipment include the Anotec Fogmaster range, high pressure hydraulic or air assisted nozzle arrangements.

Availability

Anotec 0307 is available in 5-L, 25-L, 200-L and 1000-L IBC or Schutz tanks. Ask about our Hyperconcentrate formulations suitable for volume users and exporters.
