The many friends in Manly of Andrew Pitzenberger we1:e saddened this week by the news that he had passed away last Friday at his hOllte in St. Paul, Minn. He had been seriously ill for about three months and died July 29th and was buried fr~ the Cathed1:al in S. Paul on Aug. 1st. Those who attended the funeral i :rom Manly. were. Mr. and Mrs. H. Monahan. Don, Mrs. L.R. Strand and Mrs. J.H. Keenan. Mrs. C. M. Seave!.: of St. Anspr, Mrs. Sylvan Michalek of Plymouth and Mr. and Mrs. R. J. HovelI of Waterloo were' other members 'of the -family. who aUenc.1ed. Mrs. Hugh Monahan, a eillter of Mrs. Piteznberger, is t:&mainjng in St. Paul for another week. Andrew Piuenberger came to Manly from Festina, la. around 19G5I and engaged in .general me.rchandis>-: in;; b\!sienss for many' years, later' I ma:taging the Manly Produce Co. Mr. i and rArs. Piteznber.ger moved from here to St. Paul where they have resided for the last twenty-one 'Years. For ee\"f'!al years he worked for the !>'l;m:ner&Whoesale House..
