That I am the grandmother and/or legal guardian exercising parental authority to the minor, Gerard Kean E. Dimalanta; 2. That the child is entrusted to me by her mother, my daughter, Girlie E. Dimalanta since he was eight (8) years old; 3. That the child is under my care and custody since her mother left to work in France; 4. That the mentioned child is petitioned to migrate in France by her mother who is working at the said country; 5.
