CITY OF SAN FERNANDO ) AFFIDAVIT OF NO LANDHOLDINGS/REALTY TAX EXEMPTION AND NO INCOME I, ROQUERIO COMPAS, of legal age, married, and a resident of Baay, Bagulin, La Union after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state: 1. That I have eight children who rely on me for chief support including my daughter Rhea Compas, who desires to continue her studies and would like to seize opportunities to improve her skills and knowledge but presently facing difficulty due to lack of financial capacity; 2. That I am just a soft broom maker and my meager income is barely enough to cover my family’s living expenses; 3. That I am exempted from paying real property taxes since I have no realties as evidenced by the certification issued by the municipal assessor of Bagulin, La Union hereto attached; 4. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing, especially to the fact that I lack the financial capacity to support the education of my above-mentioned child.
