Narrative Report [Summary] This day, our professor assigned each group to prepare the plan about this subject. We actually formed three groups and each group performed well, we combined our ideas and brainstorming of thought during the activities. The activity was assigned in group one is English, for group two is numbers or simply say arithmetic and for the last group was assigned for feeding. After of this activity we passed our work to professor. First day of Immersion, our professor gave a task to us on how to make a plan for our subject CWTS Civil Welfare Training Service under of NSTP means National Service Training Program. We make a plan about our task and opportunities to teach the out of youth children in chosen barangay. This day, our professor assigned each group to prepare the plan about this subject. We actually formed three groups and each group performed well, we combined our ideas and brainstorming of thought during the activities. The activity was assigned in group one is English, for group two is numbers or simply say arithmetic and for the last group was assigned for feeding. After of this activity we passed our work to professor. Second day of our Immersion, this day we are searching our tutees with the age of 5-10 years old or maybe kinder to grade six. I can say, this day is one of the tired days because I exert some efforts and struggles to found my tutee or student. Every single minute, I’ve finally found my student in a street because of his cousin. My tutee’s name is Joanna Marie Delvario, she is 7 years old, lives at 41 Kayumanggi Plain View Mandaluyong City. She loves dance, she can write and Form I-003

she want also playing. She is a 2nd child actually studying at Pedro P.Cruz. We individually ask some question about the background of the family and answered by her parents. I also ask some information written in guide book or NSTP book.

Third day of Immersion, this day actually starts the teaching of the tutor to their tutees. Generally every one of tutees are struggling because its first time to work with out of youth children. They have different skills of teaching; some are used colourful things like color, cartolina, colored paper etc. Some are used different ways of teaching or categories on how to teach the student during the activities. Some student learned catch up knowledge and understanding based on what are the tutors did. This day, my way in teaching is how my student learn fast. Like in arithmetic (operations) , I gave some example to her, actually she answered the question easily for the addition but in subtraction is difficult for her. Fourth day of Immersion, this day, same with last day, we talk about the topic that she wants to discuss. I asked her if what are the subject is she most favourite. I also ask her if what she wants to learn in her subject. I’ve noticed that in spelling bee, is the most difficult categories for her because she is not familiar in basic words. Although English subject is difficult for her but it is one of the important in life, it is the universal language that she can use everywhere or wherever she goes. We back again in arithmetic and we focus on subtraction. After I gave some example, I checked her answers and I expect her score better that I thought.
