Volleyball I think volleyball is one of the best in sport; you can play anywhere you please with the proper amount of room. The most common place for playing volleyball is at the beach, is a great place to have a sport played. Even if you don’t have a nearby beach, volleyball can be played in your own backyard. This way you won't have to travel very far, when you go to the beach many people are already playing volleyball with their own nets and you can easily join in. If you do decide to buy a net for home or the beach the equipment is really affordable, all you need is a net, a ball, and some people to play with. There are a lot of sports out there; most require a decent amount of physical effort in order to participate in. There are even sports that many people cannot play because they can't afford it or they can’t do it, like me I want to play volleyball but because in my cyst at my wrist I scared to hit by the ball because it hurts and one thing my skin is sensitive. Volleyball game is a nice sport; even though I don’t know how to serve the ball especially when the ball is coming I was scared to hit the ball. When I was 11 years old, we played volleyball with my best friends; actually we are not serious to the game we are enjoying the game. We all know that there are a lot of benefits that you can get, both physically and mentally, as it are a fun way to burn calories, it is a sport that exercises many parts of the body and it allows players to develop skills to work well with others. Volleyball also improves hand-eye coordination and strengthens and develops fast reflexes. As with any type of physical activity, volleyball improves mental health and enhances the health of the bones and joints. Teamwork and goal setting are two of the most

important strategies that volleyball requires. With these two abilities, it is guaranteed to improve even in the slightest bit.
