Murder Ball Space with sidelines and a centreline, 10 Soft sponge balls (Large). a. Divide class into 2 teams: A and B. b. Each team stands along opposite sidelines which serve as the team's home-base. c. Spread balls evenly along centreline of the play area. d. Upon whistle, everyone runs towards the centreline to collect a ball. e. Those with balls try to hit opponents in the opposite half of the court. Students are to aim below the waist. f. Once thrown, the ball is dead. g. Those without balls run back to their home bases. h. Those hit by balls join the opponents team. H After 6 rounds, the team with more students at home-base wins. N.B. Running with the ball is not allowed. Variation: a. Give 3 weaker runners from each team head start 3m or 5 steps from sideline into the court. E
