Assalamualaikum Wr. Wb. First of all we pray for the presence of Allah SWT. Thanks to His mercy we were able to complete the report on Prakerin's activities of the requirements for Diploma III degree of Business English Program at the Faculty of Language and Literature, State University of Makassar. This report contains all activities carried out during the internship period at PT. Biota Wisata Tour & Travel. Starting from the beginning of the apprenticeship to the end of the apprenticeship. Among other things, adjusting to the work atmosphere (adaptation), learning about all work activities carried out, practicing what has been learned. This report also contains data on internship activities related to the work carried out.

The Apprentice realizes that this report couldn’t be completed without the assistance and motivation from a number of people. Therefore, the apprentice also grateful to many people who contributed their ideas and time to the completing at report. The apprentice wants to take this opportunity to express her profound gratitude to her academic advisor, Muh. Rahmi Utami, A. Endah Pratiwi, Sri Nurfitri Amryati and Hijratul Muntahanna who always support her during first enrolling college till now.
