Pine Forest Architecture Control Committee Meeting Minutes March 15, 2009 Call to order Chairman Charles Slack called to order the special meeting of the Pine Forest Architecture Control Committee at 7:00pm on March 15, 2009 at the home of Bruce Martin. Roll call The following persons were present: Charles Slack, Bruce Martin, Silas Powell, Wayne Hulshof and Thomas McCulley Approval of minutes from last meeting Open issues New business a) Resignation of Charles Slack as Chairman and member of the PFACC. With regret the PFACC accepted the resignation of Charles Slack as Chairman and as a member of the PFACC. Mr. Slack’s skills and achievements as Chairman and as a member of PFACC will be greatly missed. It is hoped that he will be able serve the Pine Forest Subdivision in the future when his travels and work load will allow. Selection of new Chairman. After a brief discussion Wayne Hulshof nominated Thomas McCulley for the position of Chairman. There were no further nominations and Mr. McCulley was elected by acclamation. At this time Mr. Slack turned the meeting over to Mr. McCulley along with the various documents and records that he had in his possession. Proposal to create and elect a Vice Chairman. After a brief discussion the proposal was accepted and Wayne Hulshof was nominated by Silas Powell. There were no further nominations and Mr. Hulshof was elected by acclamation. Proposal to fill the position left by the departure of Mr. Slack. After a short discussion there was no resolution. All committee members will be on the lookout for a qualified member of the PFPOA to fill the position vacated by Mr. Slack. Adjournment Chairman Thomas McCulley adjourned the meeting at 8:00pm.
