Civilized Productions – a brand of entertainment INTRODUCTION It is the intention of this venture to promote great men as defined by their virtues and the underlying attributes driving their actions. The purpose of this information package is to outline the business opportunity for a start-up specialized Production Company. We seek to immediately acquire both short-term financing and strategic partnerships in either order to then qualify, interview and train: •

on-the-ground production and administrative personnel,

a centralized business development team, and

brand marketing and rights management staff.

With an investment of private capital and increased supply capacity, we will be able to take advantage of a global opportunity in the broadcast and merchandise industries today, including online and wireless, in need of compelling content. CIVILIZED PRODUCTIONS will initially produce (create, manage and market) a series of television shows distributed into broadcast markets on a territory-by-territory basis. Our branded product, such as the locally-produced A True Story, will enable marketing teams to interact with a segmented database of consumers – a cost-effective reach plan for advertisers seeking the educated male demographic as a target. We will achieve our goals by acquiring and creating assets and selling broadcast, syndication, advertising and merchandising rights. We will grow a business and maintain profitability due to our specialized knowledge of history, creative production processes, new technology and equipment, and integrated marketing campaigns in order to communicate excellent stories. To maximize reach potential, management will allocate and oversee appropriate media campaigns at print, radio and television. Global merchandise rights for branded lines (DVDs, action figures, shirts and related gear) will also generate substantial income, as well as celebrity endorsement and eventual product placement deals marketed into individual territories. We look forward to your feedback.
