Meeting convened at 7:00pm with the following members in attendance:

Hearing: 6896 Witton—Maintenance of lot(missing screen, sheet in window) Owner present corrected violations. Explained situation. Committee discussed and voted to not charge owner anything at this time. Future violations will be handled with charges to the account. •
