Meeting convened at 7:00pm with the following members in attendance:
Eric Sharp – Chairman Blair Sawyer - Committee member David McLoughlin - Committee member Mellisa Huibregtse – Legum & Norman Replied via email o Danielle Desalu-Committee Member Absent Deborah Davis – Co-Chair Jean Bell - Committee member Dan Glicos-Committee member • Applications for exterior modifications were reviewed with the following results:

Hearing: 6896 Witton—Maintenance of lot(missing screen, sheet in window) Owner present corrected violations. Explained situation. Committee discussed and voted to not charge owner anything at this time. Future violations will be handled with charges to the account. •
