Analysis The table shows that the t Stat is equal to -4.92. This is the mean difference between the posttest and pretest scores. The p-value is 0.0002 which is less than .05 which means that the test scores are significantly different. Mean posttest scores are therefore higher than pretest scores.
Conclusion: Training intervention increased the scores of the trainees.
