The £15 fee is for a 3m x 3m pitch. Please note we do not provide tables, chairs, gazebos or electricity for stall holders. Your booking will be confirmed by email but if you require a postal receipt please enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope with your booking form. All stalls must be booked in advance The organisers reserve the right to refuse applications Exhibitors/stall holders participate at the event at their own risk Stall allocations will be determined by the organisers Electricity is not provided for stall holders. They can bring their own silenced generators which must be kept secure and within a safety barrier. Exhibitors/stall holders are responsible for the removal of all litter, waste, stand materials etc from their space. Exhibitors/stall holders will be held responsible for any loss or damage that they cause to the event site Stall holder is responsible for setting up and dismantling of stall and are responsible for safety and worthiness of their construction. Setting up can be done any time from 10am. Show opens at 12.30pm and finishes at 5pm. Dismantling to be done by 7pm. Gazebos/tables/electricity to be supplied by stall holder. This is an outdoor venue. £15 booking fee is to be paid in advance and is non-refundable unless show is cancelled by organisers.
