To, Zonal Manager PI Industries Ltd Kolkata Sub: {Approval for stall in Baliyatra} Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to you for approving me to put a stall in baliyatra for publicity of our product. In that stall I am going to put two field assistants for showing the products. In this baliyatra the people are coming from different villages to Cuttack to visit the baliyatra. So putting a stall in baliyatra we can advertise our products. And also we can get some orders. For putting this stall our Cuttack distributor was also interested, so in this way we can also reduce the expenses of the stall. The following are the details of stall cost: 6 ft x 6 ft = 5000.00 per stall 10 ft x 8 ft = 12000.00 per stall 6 ft x 20 ft = 18000.00 per stall Please approve any one for putting our stall in baliyatra.
