The Benefits of Participating in Journalistic Extracurricular during High School

Being a member and a part of journalistic extracurricular turned out to bring a lot of benefits. This extracurricular is an extracurricular that has a focus in the world of journalism such as making school megazine and a reportage video. In this extracurricular, we are taught various kind of things like writing an article, interviewing someone, and also about leadership. Sometimes the vocabulary that we have develops without us knowing it. Being a journalist also means to be someone who has good public speaking skill. Every member of the extracurriculer are taught to be able to communicate well in front of the camera or in front of many people. As time goes by, the member’s public speaking skill developed. There are so many benefits when you become a journalistic extracurricular member in high school. These various benefits can be self-selling values and become capital to participate in activities or organizations in the future such as later in college.
