Senior Residents/Senior Demonstrators (including Non Academic Senior Residents those in super-speciality departments) (Medical)- A Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in respective discipline from recognized University/Institute. 2. Senior Demonstrator (Non-Medical) - Ph.D. in respective discipline

from recognized University/ Institute. 3. For Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology and Medical Physics (IRCH & Radiotherapy) both medical and non-medical candidates will be considered for the post of Senior Demonstrators. 4. Qualifications for the post of Laboratory Medicine: MD in Laboratory Medicine/ Pathology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry from a recognized University/ Institute. 5. The candidates who have qualified their P.G/Diploma/Ph.D. exam, by 31.12.2008. are eligible to apply provided they complete their tenure of Junior Resident by 30.01.20.09. 6. The candidates who are in service are required to submit their application through proper channel. The candidates will not be permitted to appear for Examination/ Interview if their applications have not been forwarded through proper channel. PAY SCALE: 1) Senior Resident/ Demonstrator (Medical): Rs. 18750+6600 GP plus NPA& other usual allowances. 2) Senior Demonstrator (Non Medical): Rs.16740+5400GP plus other usual allowances. UPPER AGE LIMIT AS ON 31.03.2009: Senior Residents and Senior Demonstrators 33 years, relaxable for SC/ST candidates upto a maximum period of five years. In the case of OBC candidates, such relaxation is for a maximum period of three years. RESERVATION : Reservation will be provided in the above posts in accordance with Government of India provisions and all applicable directions of law. The reservation will be provided according to Post-Based Roster according to Rules of Govt. of India as approved by the Competent Authority. APPLICATION FEE : The application fee for Gen. and OBC Candidate will be Rs. 1000/- and that for SC/ST category will be Rs.800/by demand draft only, in favour of Director, AIIMS, New Delhi. SELECTION PROCEDURE: a) The vacancies will be filled”ONLY as per the choice of preference given by the applicant in the application form or in a separate letter. Candidates can give their choice of discipline in application form as per grouping shown later. A change in department will not be permitted once the candidate has joined. b) Selections will be carried out by a Written Examination based on MCQs in the subject concerned (total marks 80) to be conducted for eligible Candidate on 26.04.2009 (Sunday) in Delhi only. The exact time and place will be intimated in due course of time through Admit Card. c) Candidates who secure 50% marks or more in the Written Examination will be eligible for consideration for the Interview (20 marks). The total number of candidates called for the interview will be maximum of three times the number of posts available in the respective category. d) The result of the written examination will be displayed on the Notice Board of the Examination Section at AIIMS on 28.04.2009. The Interviews will be held on 30.04.2009, 1.05.2009, 2.05.2009, 3.05.2009, 4.05.2009, 5.05.2009 and 6.05.2009 at 9.30 A.M. daily. Candidates are required to bring their original certificates for Verification before they are allowed to appear for interview. e) The Interview will carry 20 marks. There is no cut-off mark for the interview. f) The merit list(s) for SC/ST/OBC/General shall be prepared, on the basis of combined marks of written test and interview. g) The selection will be made on basis of total merit list prepared for total marks (Written and Interview) for all posts in the concerned group and category and will be displayed on Notice Board of Examination Section as well as on the websites of AIIMS. After filling of available posts all remaining candidates shall be kept in the waiting list i.e. valid till 29 June, 2009 in respective categories. Posts if becomes available due to resignation or not joining by the Selected Candidates or any other reasons will be offered to . the Candidates from the waiting list according to their merit and category. After scrutiny of the applications, eligible candidates will be called for Pilot Aptitude Battery Test (PABT) and Service Selection Board (SSB) interview at one of the Air Force Selection Boards (AFSBs) situated at Dehradun, Mysore and Varanasi. 9. Pilot Aptitude Battery Test (PABT) will be administered oh the first day and candidates who qualify in it will undergo Stage I Personality Test on the next day. Stage I test consists of Intelligence test and Picture Perception and Discussion Test (PP&DT). PP&DT is a screening test and those who qualify would undergo stage -II testing. Candidates who fail to qualify the PABT / stage -I would be routed back on the same day. 10. Stage II tests consisting of Psychological test, Group test and Interview will be conducted in the subsequent days (Three to four days). 11. Medical Examination will be conducted at AFCME, New Delhi or IAM Bangalore for those who are recommended by AFSBs after stage-ll testing. 12. Candidates recommended by the AFSBs and declared medically fit will be appointed for training in order of All India Merit List depending on the number of vacancies available. 13. No compensation will be paid in respect of any injury sustained during testing at AFSBs. TRAINING 14. Training is scheduled to commence in the month of Jan 2010. 15. Candidates will be detailed to undergo training for 74 weeks at Air Force Training Establishments. During the training period, candidates would be orientated with defence lifestyle and imparted military training to enhance their physical and mental toughness before commencing flying training. On completion of training they would be granted Short Service Commission. The engagement period would be for 14 years from the date of commissioning. IAF OFFERS YOU 16. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS: (a) NATIONALITY: Applicant should be a bonafide citizen of INDIA. (b) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: 10+2 (Senior Secondary) pass from a recognized Board. (c) AGE (CONSTABLE (EXE)-MALE): 18 to 21 years as on 01.01.2009, i.e. those born not earlier than 02.01.1988 and not later than 01.01.1991 will be eligible. The upper age limit as prescribed above will be relaxable only in the following cases:(i) Upto a maximum of 05 years, if a candidate belongs to a Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe category. (ii) Upto a maximum of 3 years, if a candidate belongs to an OBC category. This relaxation is admissible for those castes notified in the Central List and the List issued by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi. No other certificate will be accepted as sufficient proof. (iii) Ex-servicemen who are paid from Central revenues may be re-enlisted as Constable at the discretion of the appointing authority, if their discharge certificate shows previous service as Good or of higher classification provided that:(a) They present themselves within two years of their previous discharge. (b) They conform to the educational standard laid down for recruits from open market and qualigy such endurance/efficiency as prescribed by the Commissioner of Police from time to time by issuing necessary standing orders. (c) They are medically fit for police service according to the standards prescribed for recruits and (d) Age concession shall be allowed to them in accordance with the orders/instructions on the subject issued by the Central Government from time to time. They will be permitted to deduct the period served in the armed forces form their actual age and the resultant age, so derived, should not exceed the prescribed age limit by more than three years. “Ex-serviceman” means a person, who has served in any rank whether as a combatant or non-combatant in Army, Navy or Air Force of the Indian Union and who retired from such service after earning his pension. (iv) Maximum age limit upto 25 years for the sons of police personnel and group ‘D’ employees of Delhi Police either serving, retired or deceased, required certificate should be on the prescribed format. (v) Upto a maximum of 5 years for sportsmen of distinction who have represented a state at the national level and the country at the international level in sports. The discipline of sports for which relaxation is permissible as per table given below. If a candidate belongs to SC/ST category and fulfills the above criteria, he is eligible for 5 years relaxation in upper age limit over and above the relaxation prescribed at Clause 3(c)(i). In effect, he qualifies for relaxation in the upper age limit to a maximum of 10 years. (d) AGE-WOMEN CONSTABLE (EXE): 18 to 25 years as on 01.01.2009, i.e. those born not earlier than 02.01.1984 and not later than 01.01.1991 will be eligible. iv) PHYSICAL MEASUREMENTS (Qualifying) The candidates who qualify the physical endurance tests will undergo physical measurement immediately. In the physical measurement i.e height and chest for male candidates and only height for female candidates would be measured. The candidates who are not satisfied with the decision of the physical measurement board regarding their height and chest measurements, they can appeal before the Appellate Board on the same day. 10. WRITTEN TEST: All candidates, who qualify the physical endurance & measurement tests, shall be put through a written test of one and a half hour (11/2) duration which will carry 100 marks. The question paper will be of objective type and will include questions on Reasoning [35 Marks], General Knowledge/Current Affairs [50 Marks] and Numerical Ability [15 Marks]. CSIR will hold Joint CSIR -UGC Test for junior Research Fellowship and Eligibilities for lectureship (NET), June 2009 on Sunday the 21th June 2009. The application Form and Information Bulletin for this test will be available in the designated branches of Indian Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce from 12.03.2009 to 06.04.2009. For the test, the candidate will have the option to apply either through Application Form available in the aforesaid Bank branches OR apply ONLINE on our website www.csirhrdg.res.in between 12.03.2009 to 06.04.2009. The candidate desirous of applying online will be required to deposit the requisite Examination Fee in any Indian Bank branches through Bank challan (only). Multiple Online application may be similarly rejected. ADVERTISEMENT

The intending Firms/Agencies are invited to submit their offer for sponsoring of candidates for engagement as NREGA Assistant in 26 Blocks of Mayurbhanj District @one each) on outsourcing basis on or before 17.03.2009 by 5.00 P.M. under the following terms and conditions. 1. D.R.D.A., Mayurbhanj will prepare a panel list of selected eligible candidates to be engaged as NREGA Assistant to be sent to the respective B.D.O. for issue of engagement order in favour of the Sl. No.1 selected candidate in the panel list. As such the intending Firms/ Agencies are required to furnish list of candidates to be engaged as NREGA Assistant Block wise. 2. The NREGA Assistant shall be engaged at the respective Block Headquarters by the B.D.O. on Out Sourcing basis @ Rs. 4,000/- per month ordinarily for one year subject to renewal for the next year on the basis of satisfactory performance. 3. The candidate to be so engaged must satisfy the following educational qualification. (i) Must be a Graduate. (ii) Must have secured minimum career marks of 45%. Career mark is defined as the average % of mark (excluding extra/ 4th optional) secured by the candidate in 10th class or equivalent, +2 or equivalent and graduation examination. (iii) Must have acquired a computer degree/diploma or certificate course of six months duration from any recognized University of Orissa/ State Govt. Institutions/ State Council of Technical Education/Board of Secondary High Education or any other Institutions recognized in those Govt. bodies. THE FIRM/AGENCY MUST POSSESS VALID REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE (ISSUED UNDER LABOUR ACT), VALID CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE TAX (ISSUED BY CENTRAL EXCISE & CUSTOMS) AND VALID REGISTRATION NUMBER FOR PF/E.S.I. 6. The sponsoring authority must furnish bio-data of candidates along with attested copy of testimonials in support of their proposal to facilitate scrutiny at DRDA level. The relevant certificates of the Agency indicated in Para-5 should also be furnised with the application. 7. Government in no way will be associated at any stage of such engagement. The offer along with relevant documents should reach the undersigned on or before 5 P.M. dt. 17.03.09. 8. Preference will be given to the candidates belonging to the district/sub-division. 9. Place of Posting: Anywhere in the territorial jurisdiction of Katihar Division of Northeast Frontier Railway. Date of Interview: 21.03.2009 which may be extended up to 22.03.2009 if needed. Venue of Interview: Office of Chief Medical Superintendent, Northeast Frontier Railway Hospital, OT Para, Katihar, Bihar. Note: The number of vacancy is likely to increase. A stand by panel will be prepared in view of anticipated vacancies. Terms and conditions of contract: 1. The contract shall be entered into for a period not beyond 30.06.2010 or availability of regularly selected candidate, whichever is earlier. Period of contract is not extendable on any grounds. However, the Railway administration shall reserve the right to enter into fresh contract with Para-Medical staff for another term. 2. The full time contracted Para-Medical Staff (hereinafter referred as CPMS) who enters into contract with the Railway will not have any claim or right for her continuity in service or automatic extesion of the term of contract. 3. The contract engagement shall not confer any right to the CPMS for regularization/absorption in the post. 4. The remuneration is consolidated and Railway will not give any additional perks/facilities. 5. The contrat shall be liable to be terminated by giving 02 (two) weeks notice by either side without assigning any reason or if the CPMS is mentally/ physically incapacitated. 6. In case of absence from duties, proportionate recovery will be made from the remuneration. 7. Weekly rest will be as per provision of Hours of Employmentregulation governing the post. 8. In case of out station duly, Railway will provide free Second Class duty pass only. Desirous candidates may report for interview positively by 10.00 hrs on 21.03.2009 with all relevant certificates/testimonials in original and attested Xerox copies and also two copies of latest passport size photograph.
