Your Notes March 29th 2009

God Knows

OVERSIGHT TEAM:

When you are tired and discouraged from fruitless effort… God knows how hard you have tried. When you’ve cried so long and your heart is in anguish… God has counted your tears. If you feel that your life is on hold and time has passed you by… God is waiting with you. When you’re lonely and your friends are too busy even for a phone call… God is by your side. When you think you’ve tried everything and don’t know where to turn… God has a solution. When nothing makes sense and you are confused or frustrated… God has the answer. If suddenly your outlook is brighter and out find traces of hope… God has whispered to you. When things are going well and you have much to be thankful for… God has blessed you. When something joyful happens and you are filled with awe… God has smiled upon you. When you have a purpose to fulfil and a dream to follow… God has opened your eyes and called you by name. Remember that wherever you are or whatever you are facing… GOD KNOWS

We are learning so much already, you won’t want to miss any more of it. Day and evening groups available in Portland and Hamilton. Please talk to Ps Shane if you would like to be part of a group.

introducing Petal Mollie Phillips Russell & Marni Philiips became proud parents again on Monday. Petal was born on Monday evening in true tri-athlete style...fast!! Tanesia loves having a little sister and likes lots of cuddles At just over 8 lb, she is great for cuddling and as you can see already very photogenic. Congratulations Russ & Marns!!

Fellowship Meal

Everyone is invited to get together over either Lunch or Tea next Saturday. All you will need to bring is a main course, dessert and drink to share....and of course your family! There will be a number of different Host families in different homes. If you are interested in coming or even hosting a few families in your home for either meal time, please speak to Cynthia after the service today
