DEKALB POLICE CHIEF’S EMPLOYMENT TERMINATED DECATUR – DeKalb County Chief Executive Officer Burrell Ellis announced that he has terminated the employment of Chief Terrell Bolton effective February 24, 2009. A formal termination letter was forwarded today to Terrell Bolton and his attorney, William J. McKenney.
