Warranty

Full Speed Ahead (FSA) warrants all FSA, Gravity, Vision and RPM products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years after original purchase unless otherwise stated in the full warranty policy. The warranty is non-transferable and valid to the original purchaser of the product only. Full warranty policy is available at www.fullspeedahead.com MTB handlebar installation

Ensure the specific diameter of stem is compatible with the handlebar to be used. Ensure that the stem body ① and stem face plate ② is clean and free of burrs or chips.

2.

Insert handlebar ③ between the stem body ① and stem face plate ②. Use markings on front of handlebar to center handlebar. Adjust the angle of handlebar to desired position.

3.

Tighten the stem face plate fixing bolts ④ to minimum torque necessary to secure handlebar without rotation. Do not over-tighten the clamp or damage can occur to handlebar. Ensure that bolt threads have a light layer of grease. Note: Gradually and evenly tighten the stem face plate fixing bolts ④ in a diagonal pattern so all bolts reach recommended torque simultaneously. If stem has four bolt clamp, alternate tightening of the bolts using an “X” pattern (see illustration).
