Full Speed Ahead (FSA) warrants all FSA, Gravity, Vision and RPM products

Crankset installation

Ensure that Bottom Bracket (BB) shell ⓞ is clean and free of metal chips, dirt and excess paint. Follow assembly order pictured above. Pre-install the R. BB cup ①, and spindle Main body ④, half way. Pre-install the L. BB cup ② half way. Repeat the step 2, tightening the R. BB cup ① ensuring it is parallel to the surface of BB shell. Then tighten the L. BB cup ②. Note: Ensure main body aligns directly inside of left cup during tightening.

Install right crank arm by precisely engaging the spindle hole of crank to BB spindle. Tighten M15 crank bolt ③ to 410-610 kgf.cm / 40-60 Nm / 350-530 in.lbs. Install the left crank arm. Tighten M15 bolt ③ to 410-610 kgf.cm / 40-60 Nm / 350-530 in.lbs Note: If alloy M15 crank bolts are used: First, install crank arms with steel M15 crank bolts to recommended torque. Then remove steel bolt and install alloy bolt instead.

Adjust the the Left / Right BB cups accordingly (one thread equals 0.8mm-1mm) to adjust to the required chain line.
