Dear Andrew Re: Wesley House, Leeds A recent project at Wesley House for Yorkshire Housing involved dealing with some very difficult tenants. They were handled extremely well by the site management and staff, resulting in praise from the Housing Association. I can also confirm that we have dealt with Hobson & Porter Limited for several years, during which time they have provided refurbishment building services through various procurement methods - priced schedules of work, plan and specification, tenders or negotiated methods. In all cases they have conducted themselves in a professional manner and completed the works on time. They have provided sufficient information to enable good financial control and have settled the final account within a realistic time after completion of the works. They have always promptly returned to site to carry out any snagging or defects work notified to them.
