Management of behaviour:
Listening x2 then names on the board for detention. I am going to try the 10 minutes of quiet focused work with timings written on the board followed by some quiet chatting.
Lesson Evaluation: The class was particularly disruptive today. I need to work on behaviour management. I have worked hard over the last two weeks to try and learn all of their names and how best they work so that I can try and develop strategies that are engaging for the class as a whole. It has been difficult to manage. I do enjoy the discussions I have with the class when they are engaged in their activities.
