NAGPUR CHAPTERS EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMME FOR RURAL MAHARASHTRA National HRD Network Nagpur Chapter in its one of the unique initiatives tried to empower the sub-urban Human Resources of Morshi & Khamgaon, which is approximately 250 kms away from Nagpur. This initiative could be made possible with the support of Mr. Sushant Hardas & Mr. Girish Deshpande both of them are the Sr. Managers-Project with S.M.S. Infrastructure Ltd. The participants were Engineers & Supervisors deployed at remote places for the purpose of electrification of Rural Maharashtra. In this two days program on 05 & 06th Sep 09, the participants were taught about the NHRDN mission, values and HRD tools for their development. The participants were delighted with this NHRDN Nagpur Chapter initiative. Prof. Shyam Shukla, Mrs. Vinda Warhadpande, Gen. Secretary Nagpur Chapter & Prof. Ajay Talwekar took out their precious time for this programme. Mr. Arvind Jain, Sr. Vice President, Indorama Synthetics (I) Ltd and President Nagpur Chapter had been inspiring force for this mission.
