TRIP’s ( Trade Intellectual Property Rights) :  TRIP’S

are under the UR agreement  IPR are the rights given to person over the creation of their minds. They usually give the creator an exclusive right over the use of his/her creation for a certain period of time.  IPR may be define as “information with commercial value”

IPR customarily divided into Two Areas:

Copyright & Rights related to Copyrights:  Right
