Write the number of your articles on your graphic organizer. Connect each article with your life. How can you relate to the speaker’s experience? Connect each article with one of the works we previously read. How is the speaker’s experience similar to one of the speakers in “My Name,” “Cross,” “Remember,” “ I Remember,” “What I Expected,” “Thirty-Eighth Year,” or “Man in the Mirror.”
