NEW JOBS COME TO FLOWER MOUND FLOWER MOUND, Texas – Momma’s Widget Factory Ltd. Inc. President Joe Momma announced a $500 million contract with defense contractor Lockheed Martin to produce widgets for jet engines. “Momma’s Widget Factory is proud to be a partner with the hardworking families of America in protecting and defending the best country on the face of the earth,” Momma said. The deal is scheduled for 10 years and brings 1,000 jobs to the Flower Mound area at the factory. The deal is scheduled to begin in one month. After extensive market research for new uses for the company’s widgets, it was discovered they could be used in jet engines. Momma’s Widget Factory Ltd. Inc. was founded by Hy Momma in 1957 in Flower Mound, Texas to produce widgets for farm equipment and implement sector. During the 1960’s and 1970’s the company expanded to making whatchamacallits for the aerospace industry. “We got you covered from the Horse Age to the Space Age,” Joe Momma said.
