August 2008 (New York, NY)- With their self-released debut Like a Magic Kiss, Bad Touch – alto saxophonist Loren Stillman, guitarist Nate Radley, organist Gary Versace, and drummer Ted Poor –will be touring Colorado and the Northeastern United States this fall. Originally the Loren Stillman Quartet, the group recently evolved into a collective in 2008. Bad Touch has since been receiving praise and accolades from critics and audiences alike. As in-demand side musicians, each have collaborated, recorded and traveled internationally with some of the most established names in jazz including Bill Frisell, Paul Motian, Cuong Vu, Chris Potter, Ben Monder, Billy Hart, John Scofield, Maria Schneider, John Abercrombie, Al Foster and Charlie Haden. From these revered bandstands, Bad Touch seeks to nurture their identity as a collective. Like a Magic Kiss features the bands uncanny ability to shape songs and finesse moods – all the while delivering raw, unreserved emotion.
