Why do you want to be a home-based English teacher? I want to be a home-based English teacher because first of all I want to teach English which is the universal language. And currently there are huge demands in the ESL industry. Because of technology plays a very big part in our lives it is now easy to access and do things you want like various everyday activities are done with the help of technology which eventually found its way in the education industry as well. And the environment of this job inspires me because this is not the typical traditional teaching setup so it is more focused because you get to have one on one lessons with your students, monitor their progress closely and classes are highly interactive between the teacher and student and learning materials are easily accessed through the internet. I am a very trainable, detail-oriented, confident, motivated and hardworking individual who would like to provide students with extensive knowledge and commitment towards success and to impart knowledge especially excelling in the language of English and to be able not just to understand but to know the importance of learning of it. The English Language helps us to communicate with nearly all the people around the world, even though the internet. I believe that being a teacher is not just to teach but to also learn. Learning, for me, is an opportunity to use what I’ve learned, and, to broaden my horizons and to improve the best version of myself. Learning, helps me discover my hidden talents, and helps me to overcome the fear and obstacles. I feel that the more I know, the more I am capable of accomplishing what I want, without fear of others’ judgment. Learning is life, and life is learning. Life offers various challenges and we cannot let fear stop us from learning.
