Entrepreneurship is the process of converting our dream into reality. In which entrepreneur select many steps to make the effective decisions and for the effective use of resources. In the whole game the motivation of entrepreneurship is very important for entrepreneurial development. The motivation of an entrepreneurship is required with financial gain & desire with positive attitude. Now days we can see how entrepreneurship is developing economics for our country. How the entrepreneurship is help in the creation of new job improving poverty. Now days we can see how entrepreneurship is developing economics for our country. How the entrepreneurship is help in the creation of new job and in improving poverty. With the changing global scenario, the women entrepreneurship has emerged in the forefront. Women business owner are continuing to demonstrate economic world wide. According to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) one in eleven (8.9%) women is involved in entrepreneurship across the globe & India occupies the second position among 22 countries where 14.1% of women have ventured into entrepreneurship (GEM, 2002).Women who are not so much educated belong to the low income family; they don’t have any other opportunity for job they have entered in to the entrepreneurship not only for their need but also for their family.
Objective This paper cover studies on motivation entrepreneurship & conclusion to explain the ways of motivation among the women entrepreneurship which belong to low income family in Maharashtra. Ways of Motivation among Women Now a day’s entrepreneurship is focused on how to motivate the women to became entrepreneurship, for that we have done research study. 1. Research Methodology Maharashtra was selected for doing the study on the basis of industrial grading.Maharashtra is one of the leading state in India on the basis of the value of economic output, it occupies first position in 14 Industry division of the country. Most of the industrial activities of the Maharashtra is focusing on the 3 cities of maharashtra i.e. Mumbai, Pune & Thane. The main objective of selecting these 3 places: 1. These three places supported by NGO are to give promotion to women entrepreneur especially to low income group. 2. The other objective selecting these three places because people come from all over the India to search the job. Women also get encouragement in Mumbai & Pune by some women friendly policies so they can be became self - employed. State financial corporation & Banks provide assistance like loan without security and providing some training also in free of cost. Banks like SBI provide some special schemes like the Mahila Vikas Nidhi, Sheeth Shakti to motivate the women to become successful entrepreneur. The study adopted survey research method as the nature of research design. The sample consisted of 125 women entrepreneurs in service, trading and manufacturing sectors. The snowball method of investigation was adopted to identify and locate actual women entrepreneurs. The data was collected using a schedule through personnel interviews.
Data Findings and analysis Factors Motivating Entrepreneur Without human being the process of entrepreneurship is not possible. Every individual has different ability that affects the process of entrepreneurship. The data also tell that it satisfy the need of the human-being is give self-confidence. It supports family in terms of monetary responsibility. It is the motivation factor for the women if they want to gain their recognition in the family and society. Many 1. Money is the important part for the growth of any business and is major motivation tool also. For the low income group it’s a main attraction. Bank provide loan. Those who are not eligible for loan they can start in partnership. Now a days NGO’s are also helping women entrepreneur in starting with the new business.
Innovation Innovation is required in any business whether it’s a small business or big business. With the new innovative things we can make our business more successful. Entrepreneur should know about the customer what the new things customer wants. They can make the advertisement of the new innovations also, so people come and take the participation. It creates awareness among the customers.
Entrepreneurial Training NGO’s provide training to the Entrepreneur, It enhance the training give them the confidence to choose the better option. Training give the clear picture what is happening in the market what are the new technologies avialble.It develop the entrepreneurs skills also to run the successful business.
Conclusion
Women entrepreneurship is one of the most practical alternatives for integrating women in development and preparing them to tackle the survival needs of the family. Most of the women entrepreneurs in the low-income strata venture into micro enterprise sector. For ensuring a rapid progress of women entrepreneurs, a holistic multi-pronged and multi –agency strategy is needed to sustain and motivate women entrepreneurs.
