When I e-mailed you for the deposition of Sue Gross and Ann Thorn you said you could not consent and asked if I coordinated these depositions with your office as if you were representing WAMU. Never mind, Attorney Dean has made time on her schedule for these depositions. Where did you get $100,000.00 in fees and cost? With all of the redacted marks I only see about $50,000.00 which number is accurate? In addition to the aforementioned it would appear as though FNIS and your office lied on these banks when you alluded to the fact that FNIS had been given permission to share credentials through some backdoor agreement. I have not published slanderous defamatory allegations against FNIS. All of this information is available to the general public at the courthouse so unless you have moved to have the documents filed under seal your motion for an injunction is poppycock. My Statement of Claim against these banks was quite clear. I just wanted the truth. Negligence, Breach of Duty and Civil Conspiracy are valid actions. The truth is: I signed off on and abided by terms in user agreements that subjected me to termination if I violated the conditions. The truth is: I moved for leave on three occasions to validate your allegations against these banks and you challenged each move. The truth is: All of these banks showed up on September 17, 2009 to deny your allegations. The truth is: Your firm threw (8) eight seasoned vipers with a book of lies at me. The truth is: FNIS should have mitigated their damages in February of 2008 or when they knew they were going to concoct these allegations against these banks. The truth is: I e-mailed your Mayor and the Jacksonville News stations to show you that we still live in the South. The truth is: This is the Good-Ole-Boy network and the Ku Klux Klan is still alive and well. The truth is: I am glad the Jaguars are moving so they can find a city that appreciates them.
