Dear Nurse, As you are aware, we are a Massachusetts Based Company, Our head office is in Woburn, MA along with offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai, Cochin & Kottayam. Also our unique policy is that our nurses need to spend NO MONEY WHATSOEVER. All costs incurred are advanced / reimbursed by the Company. Nurses can take along immediate family ( Spouse + Children ) with them to the US without a waiting period. We will help all candidates with an acclimatization package including Housing, Social Security numbers, Bank Accounts etc. We provide a smooth and easy transition period for all Candidates moving to the US. I will briefly outline our procedure. a. We are sending nurses to the US on Green Cards. This is a document given to Residents of the US and does not have the many restrictions that visas ( Tourist / Work permits etc ) generally have. This document also is valid indefinitely and does not have an expiry date. b. An interview to determine communication abilities and fluency in the English language is conducted which must be cleared. All candidates who apply to us have to clear our online exam/s to allow us to judge their abilities. This exam is based on the format of the IELTS / NCLEX-RN exams. It is conducted online on a daily basis in our offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai, Cochin & Kottayam and our other designated centers. We are also constantly trying to include as many more centers as possible. c. Once candidates have cleared the Selection Interview / Exams we accept them as our candidates. Sign the contract, Submit required documents, Pay the security deposit and start training for your IELTS, NCLEX-RN. Alternatively we also immediately accept all nurses who have

cleared the IELTS, NCLEX– RN. For these candidates we refund the ENTIRE cost of all the above exams. Immediate green card processing to be initiated by company, at company's cost. d. Comprehensive training is given to these candidates for IELTS first and upon successful completion of the same the training starts for their NCLEX-RN exam. Our success rate after receiving the training package is over 90%. We apply for the IELTS, NCLEX-RN for our candidates. e. The Green card petition is filed immediately after we receive the result of the NCLEX-RN exam. Upon receiving the Green Card, the candidates proceeds to the US on this document. f. All the costs up to this point are borne by the Company. ( Including Airfare to the US, Exam Fees, Training charges, Stationary, Course material, Green Card Application Fee, Processing fee etc ). The costs related to their family members are to be borne by the Nurse. g. The company would also try and FAST TRACK candidates through either the H-1B visa (Work visa) or any other special visa that may be possible. Again, all the costs for the fast track will be advanced by the company. The current approximate processing time required for a Green card application is 12-18 months. All other requirements are fulfilled within these 12-18 months. Candidates are required to work hard, attend all training sessions, meetings, interviews etc., and complete all exams based on a time to time basis compulsorily. Mark sheets for each year 4. Diploma / B.Sc. Final Transcript 5. Diploma / B.Sc. Certificate 6. Nursing Council Registration Certificate 7. Valid Passport (Photocopy of first 5 and last 5 pages + any visa / travel stamp pages) 8. Birth Certificate (Registrar of births/Muncipal/Panchayat). 9. Marriage Certificate in case of name change after marriage. (If married)
