WELCOME to Kindergarten
Dear (NAME of Student), My name is Miss. Brewster, and I will be your kindergarten teacher. I am so excited to welcome you into our new kindergarten class. Our classroom is 126. It is the room with the door that looks like a giant crayon box. When you come into the classroom on the first day, I challenge you to find the crayon with your name on it. We will be decorating our crayons on the first day to display on our classroom door. Along with this, our class will be learning a lot this year. We will work on object organizing in math class, fluency in reading and writing, learn about living things in science, and understanding the different American holidays in social studies. Throughout all of this learning, our classroom will have fun and be filled with laughter. I know that you are going to be an amazing member of our classroom family. I am so excited to see you on the first day of school. Enjoy your last few weeks of summer and I will see you soon!
Your new teacher, Miss. Brewster
