Our Learning Language Arts: vce long vowel sounds, review compound words,final stable syllables, syllable division, ABC order Reading: realistic fiction retelling the events of a story “determining importance” Writing: Poetry Math:Topic 11- value of coins “money” Science: objects in the sky: sun, moon and stars ...the seasons
Reminders *Please return your child’s report card envelope, or signed report card if you did not have an envelope.
Reminders *Please send $6.00 for your student’s class t-shirt. *Please continue to practice weekly spelling words, read, and practice sight words DAILY! Thank you for your help and support during this very busy time of the year!
At-Home Practice This week we will begin learning the 2nd 100 sight word list! New sight words: : over, new, sounds, take, only
Spelling Words: fuse, mute, tube, fume, nine, bite, smile, hide, slide, tune
