Mr. Anecito Pableo Church Pastor Trento Central SDA Church Dear Sir: I am very pleased that you have informed me about your plan to have a website for Trento Central SDA Church. In connection with this, I have formed a development team here at SPAC. I’ve selected four best Web Programmers and Designers, three of them – Rhodelle Abing; Richard Aclon and Joven Francis Agno, made the Dean of Student Affairs (DSA) Information system and the Guidance Information System in SPAC. The other one is Ryann Gilbert Micua, the best graphics designers using Adobe Photoshop. Attached is the project proposal of our team. Be assured that by these people, you will have a good website. PROJECT PROPOSAL Project Title: Trento Central SDA Church Website Below are the terms and conditions in the development of the website which is subject for further revisions if necessary. The development team will finish the project in one month which is subject for payment and unfinished parts if any will be work out until it will be finished without additional charges. The project will have a database for the guestbook for tracking individuals you visited the site so that it would be easier to contact them. It may also have a public bulletin where you can post your announcement, upcoming activities, etc. We are open for any suggestions for the additional features in your website. The project costs Php 50,000. Website Development Budget Domain Name System (DNS) Registration Electricity Internet Fare (for interview) Communications Materials Website development Skill for 5 persons Total

A six-month warranty is granted which is of free maintenance. The mode of payment is subject for further agreement. Sponsors and advertisements are good source of money for you website.
