Adicione Layer Filters : Bevel and Emboss, Inner shadows e Soft Drop Shadow
Segure Ctrl e clicke na imagem para virar a " shape "
Use Filter>Distort>Spherize instead, e tente tbm usando o liquid Filter
Mude a opacity da Layer para 0 % para dar um otimo efeito de " vidro "
Para deixar alguma cor... ajuste a fill opacity
